Through thousands of miles of accelerated testing in our R&D program, ICON has spent over aÂ year identifying limiting factors in OE components and seeking to further extrapolate performance out of this vehicle. In a push to provide unparalleledÂ performance for everything from high-speed desert running to off the grid expedition, the RXT Rear Suspension System was born. The RXT Rear Suspension System includes three all-new 2.5 Aluminum SeriesÂ rear shock options and a multi-rate leaf spring that work in conjunction with the ICONÂ rear bump stop kit. Installation of this system replaces the aforementioned â€œlimiting factorsâ€ and completely redefines the potential of the 2005-UP Toyota TacomaÂ with a 20% increase in wheel travel and the ability to adjust the leaf spring rate to compensate for varying vehicle setups.
