I had AVS outside VentVisors on my 2007 Chevrolet Silverado for 19 years. No problems ever.The VentVisors stayed attached and worked very well. I have a 2018 Chevrolet Equinox and finally decided to install the AVS outside VentVisors on it. The only difference is they cannot be attached to the painted area above the windows, if you do, the doors will not open. The VentVisors have to be attached to the black plastic trim around the window.
