It's hard to believe, but not everyone likes the look of exhaust wrap. But despite different visual tastes, we haven't met any customer that likes getting burned by a hot exhaust pipe. DEI now offers a our premium Titanium material in the form of a sleeve. This great looking alternative to traditional wrap satisfies the eyes while offering the same amount of insulation and protection. To fit properly the pipes must not have any welded brackets or fittings allowing the sleeve to slide over the end of the pipe. Each kit includes four of our stainless steel locking ties and tie tool to ensure a secure fit. NOTE: Wrapping of the catalytic converter is not recommended, as overheating can lead to reduced lifetime of the converter. Instead, try our Corvette Catalytic Converter Shield or create your own shield using our Floor & Tunnel Shield II(TM). Installation InstructionsWe will be temporarily closed from Monday 10th August until Friday 21st August 2026 while we relocate to our new premises and carry out our annual stock take. Our website will remain open and you are welcome to place orders during this period. However, new orders placed between 11th and 21st August will not be processed or dispatched until we reopen. Please note: Any orders currently open and already in our system will continue to be processed as normal and will not be affected by the temporary closure.
