Los engranajes de árbol de levas ajustables AEM Tru-Time aumentan la potencia y el par sin tener que cambiar el árbol de levas y son elementos imprescindibles para motores fresados, de inducción forzada, de alta compresión o que utilizan levas de competición del mercado de accesorios. Los engranajes de levas AEM Tru-Time permiten a los usuarios hacer coincidir la sincronización de las levas con el estado de ajuste de su vehículo al avanzar o retrasar el perfil de las levas en incrementos de un grado mediante marcas grabadas con láser. Los dientes de engranaje cortados con precisión garantizan que no haya un desgaste prematuro de la superficie de la correa del engranaje de levas y el anodizado de AEM en los dientes del engranaje de levas ajustable está probado en laboratorio como el proceso de anodizado más duro del mercado.
